OSS is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work in Family Health, Women’s Health , and Peds clinic at the 18th Medical Group, Kadena AB in Okinawa, Japan. The ideal candidate is already living in or planning to relocate soon to Kadena AB with an unrestricted and current license from within a U.S. jurisdiction.

Education: Shall be a graduate from a baccalaureate degree (BSN) program in nursing accredited by a national nursing accrediting agency recognized by the US Department of Education.
License: Maintain an active, valid, current, and unrestricted license (with no limitations, stipulations or pending adverse actions) to practice nursing as a registered nurse in any US state/jurisdiction.
Experience: The RN shall have a minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience and must have practiced in a clinical health care setting within the last 12 months.
Immunization: Health care workers must be immunized annually with the influenza vaccine. This vaccine will be provided by the Government, if available as determined by the MTF. Although this vaccine may be provided by the Government, it may be obtained at other facilities with the cost being borne by the RN. Unless vaccinated by the Government, the RN shall be required to show proof of the vaccination
