ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK SUPPORT

OSS is currently seeking a qualified and experienced admin to fill the position of Administrative Clerk Support for the 18th Medical Group at Kadena AB, Japan. The ideal candidate possess an associate’s degree or equivalent, and two years of administrative clerk work experience. The Admin Clerk shall be knowledgeable in general administration, telephone etiquette, office management methods, excellent communications and customer service skills, and a strong organizational background. Personnel shall also be knowledgeable in computer operations to include Windows 10, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications.

Education: An Associate’s degree or at least 2 years of college education.
Experience: Two years of administrative clerk work experience.
Immunizations: Before start of work, health care workers shall provide proof of immunization from the following diseases according to CDC guidelines: Hepatitis B, measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and influenza. The RN shall also provide proof of a negative TB skin test within 12 months (if positive, proof of negative chest X-ray within 12 months) prior to start of work. After start of work, the Government will provide post blood borne exposure protocols according to applicable AFIs.
