OSS is currently seeking qualified and experienced Registered Nurses for various U.S. Nursing positions throughout Japan. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse already living in within one of these areas with an unrestricted and current license from within U.S. jurisdiction.

  • Education: Baccalaureate and/or Associate degree in Nursing accredited by a national nursing accrediting agency recognized by the US Department of Education.

  • License: RN must have a current, active, and unrestricted License to practice Nursing. Nurse applicants must be a current U.S. licensed Registered Nurse. License cannot be under investigation nor have any adverse action pending from a Nursing State Board or national licensing/certification agency.

  • Experience. RN should have at least twelve (12) months of clinical experience, within the last 48 months is preferred.

  • Immunizations: Before start of work, health care workers shall provide proof of immunization from the following diseases according to CDC guidelines: Hepatitis B, measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and influenza. The RN shall also provide proof of a negative TB skin test within 12 months (if positive, proof of negative chest X-ray within 12 months) prior to start of work. After start of work, the Government will provide post blood borne exposure protocols according to applicable AFIs
